OK, brides, I'm down another 2 pounds for a total of 10 pounds lost. Yeah!!!

The foot is still gimpy but I've been focusing on eating healthy and even trying to do some substitute workouts like pushups and planks that don't require a lot from my feet. I'm not going to let a little thing like a broken foot stop me from looking good by the end of the summer!

Not much else to report on right now - I hope you are all doing well (and staying healthy) in your own weight loss endeavors! Have a fun and SAFE 4th of July and don't go too crazy with all the barbecues!
